Can I download software after I purchase it?

Yes! All software is available to download instantly after you've completed your order. Log into your online account to view your downloads and access your serial numbers. Your serial numbers are unique to your order and are required to install the software and receive technical support.

My software installs as a demo. How do I get the full version?

Some software is installed as an unlockable demo. An unlock code is required to use the software beyond the 30 day trial period. Instructions on unlocking the software will be sent to the email address used to purchase the software. You can contact us directly if you have any issues with the unlocking process.

What is your refund policy?

Will sales tax be added to my order?

Sales tax is only charged PA residents. PA sales tax is 8%. If you are based in PA but are tax-exempt, please contact us to order.
