My software installs as a trial. How do I convert the trial version to the paid version?

All TALtech software is installed as an unlockable trial version. An unlock code is required to use the software beyond the 30 day trial period. Instructions on unlocking the software will be sent to the email address used to purchase the software. You can contact us directly if you have any issues with the unlocking process.

What is your refund policy?

TALtech offers a 90-day unconditional return guarantee on all software. You can learn more about this by visiting our Return Policy page.

Will sales tax be added to my order?

Sales tax is only charged to Pennsylvania customers. PA sales tax is 8%. If you are based in PA but are tax-exempt, please contact us to order.
